Sipsmith distillery opened in 2009 boasts the first copper pot still to be installed and used in London for 200 years and widely regarded as the distillery that helped spearhead the London gin revival. Its dry, zesty London Dry gin has delightful crisp taste with a mix of juniper and citrus with notes of cinnamon.
