Product Description
Fermented from sakamai rice grown in Nagano and natural spring water from the Japan alps and infused with cherry leaves handpicked from 20 over Sakura trees in the mature gardens of 155 year old Senjo Brewery. The result was a gin that is exudes an undeniable cherry blossom aroma, while presenting a ginjo-sake and plum flavours on the palate.
