Inspired by my Mom's legendary apple pie, with its buttery flaky crust and warm spiced apple filling, usually served with a generous dollop of Vanilla ice cream. This is an inverted version with a cold apple pie and warm vanilla & maple espuma (foam). The prefect childhood comfort dessert.
Ingredients: Jameson's Black Barrel, Brugal Anejo Rum, Apple, Butter & Spices.
