This Limited Edition bottle of Classic Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is aged in oak barrels previously used to mature Henri Giraud’s finest champagnes. The 250 to 300 year old oak originates from the Argonne Forest in the wild woodlands of Northeastern France. The gin is monitored throughout maturation until the French oak imparts the perfect amount of fruitiness and hints of vanilla that syncs with the original botanical blend.
