The Kelapa is the most complex cocktail on our menu, made from no less than a dozen ingredients. Every ingredient though plays a part in building the different layers of flavour of this luscious cocktail. The dark Rum & Malibu are masked by by it's rich creaminess but the shot of espresso balances it all out with a kick of caffeine. Perfect cocktail for a coffee lover.
Ingredients: Brugal Anejo Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum, Half & Half, Macadamia Orgeat, Gula Melaka & The Daily Fix Espresso
