We thought what better way to enjoy sunny afternoons in leafy green BUDI than to host our own High Tea with a local Malaccan twist. Our High Tea-Fin comes with 3 tiers of Malacca's finest food offerings so you don't have to queue up for them in the heat.
1st Tier (Sandwiches)🥪
Otak-Otak with Sambal Mayo Sandwich & Roti Kahwin (Kaya & Butter Toast). Our Kaya's sourced from Malacca's Dapur Mak Yong is hand-churned and made with Kampung Eggs (Free-Range) and the bread is from a 70 year old Hainanese bakery.
2nd Tier (Kuih-Muih)🍰🍮
An assortment of Peranakan Kuih's from the most cerewet (of Nyonya cooks. Sourced from 2 or 3 of our favourite Bibiks so expect classics like Rempah Udang, Seri Muka & Onde-Onde.
3rd Tier (Hainanese Satay)🍢
Not only famed for their coffee and toast, Hainanese in Malacca have contributed to many of Malacca's most famous food stalls. None more iconic the 3rd generation Pork Satay with their unique belimbing & peanut sauce.
